Have any of you tried this yet? ... Our BOE have considered it for quite some time and finally switched over from KHS to JW Scheduler a few months ago and also encouraged publishers to use the NW publisher app. So far seems to be working OK ... ... View More

We use a web based "app" called Ssrvice App to control our territory maps and a the end of the month use it to submit our field service reports - other features include group details, dates away, contact detials etc

We use NW Scheduler as it is now called. It works well and publishers use the NW Publisher app to see their assignments and turn in their time.
